Giordanella has been a member of 3C Contact Services for the past five years, where he previously held the title of Quality Assurance. As the new Team Manager Inbound, Giordanella will be responsible for assisting agents on the floor should they have any questions that pertain to their call, as well as assisting with any offline work. He is also responsible for providing technical support through live chat and handles international Paypal transactions. Giordanella has worked in the call center industry for over six years and holds an advanced diploma in Business Administration – Marketing from Centennial College.
